Chakra Balance
Chakras are the energy centres of the body and they are often out of balance, which may lead to disharmony in the body.  The chakras are balanced using a variety of appropriate healing crystals which leave you feeling relaxed and revitalised.  This treatment combines really well with other treatments.

Indian Head Massage
This is a massage that works on the main tension areas of the body: the shoulders, arms, upper back, neck, scalp and face.  Essential oils are used if you wish, to massage away those stresses and totally de-stress your mind.  Although you are seated in a chair, you'll be amazed at just how relaxing this treatment is.

Hopi Ear Candling
Also known as Thermo Auricular Therapy, this is an ancient healing and clearing treatment.  Biosun candles are used along with a facial massage to add to the relaxation. This treatment may help with a variety of ear, nose and throat problems.

A course of 3 treatments is recommended.

Reiki
Reiki is a natural therapy that has its roots in many ancient cultures.  It is an incredibly relaxing treatment even though no massage is involved.  It is a hands-on healing therapy that works on both physical and emotional issues and allows you to take time out for YOU.  Reiki combines beautifully with all other therapies I offer, so you can add Reiki to any other treatment.

Reflexology
Reflexology is a holistic therapy that gives your body a total workout by working on specific reflex points on the feet: it's absolutely blissful!  It is a treatment that has been around for thousands of years and may benefit many problems, both physical and emotional as well as being incredibly relaxing.

Aromatherapy Facial
Using only natural products and essential oils, you will be amazed at how good your skin looks and feels and how relaxed you are. Enjoy a deep cleanse, tone and exfoliate followed by a blissful massage of the shoulders and face. Then relax while the mask is on. Finish with an appropriate moisturiser.
